Notice Regarding the Timetable and Application Form Submission for the Grade 12 Chance (Supplementary) Examination

This notice is published for the information of all concerned regarding the schedule for the chance (supplementary) examination. This examination is for regular examinees (with registration numbers starting with '81') who participated in the annual Grade 12 examination held in Baisakh 2082 B.S. and meet the following criteria:

  • Have obtained a minimum grade of 'D' or above in other theoretical subjects, but have received 'NG' (Not Graded) in a maximum of two subjects.
  • OR, have obtained a minimum grade of 'D' or above in other theoretical subjects, but were 'Absent' in a maximum of two subjects.
  • OR, have obtained a minimum grade of 'D' or above in other theoretical subjects, but received 'NG' (Not Graded) in one subject and were 'Absent' in another single subject.

Only such examinees are eligible to participate in the following examination program.

  • To participate in the Grade 12 chance (supplementary) examination of 2082 B.S., an examination fee of Rs. 600/- (Six Hundred only) per student must be deposited into the Board's account by the concerned school/college by 2082 Bhadra 13.
  • The schools must then fill out the students' application forms online by 2082 Bhadra 20, attaching the deposit voucher.
  • Schools must submit the collected application forms along with the original deposit voucher or proof of online payment to the respective offices of the Board by 2082 Bhadra 22.
